These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your use of maisondemansour.com (the “Site”) and any purchase you make from us. Please read them carefully: they limit our liability and explain how disputes are handled.
Agreement to these Terms
These Terms are an agreement between you and Maison de Mansour, a business operated by Ghaith Mansour (“Maison de Mansour,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). To confirm: full legal entity name and type (for example, “Maison de Mansour LLC, a [state] limited liability company”).
By browsing the Site, creating an account, joining our newsletter, contacting us, or placing an order or pre-order, you agree to these Terms and to the policies they incorporate: our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order.
Our products
Maison de Mansour is a men’s grooming house. We currently sell one product through the Site: Beard & Scalp Oil, a 30 ml (1 oz) blend of natural oils made in the USA. We sell physical products only. We do not offer services, consultations, or appointments.
We work to describe and photograph our products accurately, but colors and finishes may look slightly different on your screen, and packaging may change over time. The ingredient list printed on the product label is the authoritative list for the product you receive, and it takes precedence over any ingredient information shown on the Site.
Cosmetic use and safety
Beard & Scalp Oil is a cosmetic product for external use only. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Descriptions of its effects, such as softer hair or fuller-looking growth, describe cosmetic results, and results vary from person to person.
- Read the full ingredient list on the label before use, especially if you have allergies or sensitive skin. As described on our Site, the blend includes sweet almond oil, which comes from a tree nut.
- Try a small amount on a patch of skin first. Stop using the product if irritation occurs, and see a physician if it persists.
- Avoid contact with eyes, and keep the product out of reach of children.
Your account
You can check out as a guest or sign in to a customer account, which is provided through Shopify (including Sign in with Shop). You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and for keeping access to it, including your email inbox, secure. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
Orders and pre-orders
When you place an order, you are offering to buy the products in your cart at the prices shown at checkout. Our order confirmation email confirms that we received your order. It does not mean we have accepted it. We accept your order when we ship it.
We may decline, limit, or cancel an order, including orders that appear fraudulent, orders affected by an error in price or product information, and orders we cannot fill because of limited stock. If we cancel an order after you have paid, we will refund you in full.
Pre-orders
Beard & Scalp Oil is currently offered on pre-order. As stated on the product page, stock is expected on October 31, 2026, and pre-orders are the first to ship when it arrives. Pre-orders are charged in full at checkout.
Expected dates are estimates. If we cannot ship your pre-order by the date we gave you, we will email you before that date with a revised date and give you the choice to cancel for a full refund, as U.S. law requires. Cancelling before an order ships is covered in our Refund Policy.
Prices and payment
- Prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD). We currently sell only to customers with a U.S. shipping address.
- Prices do not include sales tax. Any tax that applies is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
- Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout and explained in our Shipping Policy.
- Payments are processed through Shopify’s secure checkout. We never see or store your full card number. To confirm: payment provider(s) and accepted payment methods.
- Prices, offers, and availability can change at any time. A change does not affect an order we have already accepted, except to correct an error as described above.
- Discount codes and offers, including private offers for newsletter subscribers, are subject to any terms stated with them, have no cash value, and may be withdrawn at any time.
Shipping and delivery
We ship to addresses in the United States. Shipping rates, delivery estimates, and what to do if a package is lost or late are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.
Returns and refunds
Unopened product may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, as described in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms or in our Refund Policy limits any right you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
Using the Site
We give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable permission to use the Site to learn about and buy our products. You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to:
- break any law or regulation, or infringe anyone’s rights, including intellectual property and privacy rights;
- give false or misleading information, impersonate anyone, or place fraudulent orders;
- use our contact or newsletter forms to send spam, bulk messages, or unlawful, abusive, or harassing content;
- copy, scrape, or harvest content or data from the Site with bots, spiders, or other automated tools, or get around our spam and bot protection;
- interfere with the Site’s security or operation, for example by introducing viruses or malicious code, probing for vulnerabilities, or overloading our systems;
- try to gain unauthorized access to the Site, other customers’ accounts, or the systems behind them; or
- use the Site in any way that could harm Maison de Mansour, our customers, or our reputation.
We may suspend or end your access to the Site, or cancel orders, if we reasonably believe you have broken these Terms.
Messages and feedback
If you send us comments, ideas, or suggestions about our products or the Site, you agree that we may use them without restriction or payment to you. Please do not send confidential or sensitive information, such as card numbers, through our contact form. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle the personal information in your messages.
Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including the Maison de Mansour name, the M monogram and other logos, product photography, renders, films, text, graphics, and the design of the Site, are owned by or licensed to Maison de Mansour and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
You may view and print pages of the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any part of the Site, or use our names or logos, without our written permission. You are always welcome to share a link to any page of the Site.
Third-party services and links
The Site is hosted on Shopify, and parts of it are provided by third parties, including Shopify’s checkout and customer accounts, Shop, payment providers, shipping carriers, and hCaptcha, which protects our forms from spam. When you use those services, their own terms and privacy policies also apply.
The Site may link to websites and social media platforms that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, products, or practices, and a link does not mean we endorse them.
Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that the Site will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that the information on it is always complete or current.
Our products come with the return rights described in our Refund Policy and any warranties that applicable law provides and does not allow us to exclude. Individual results vary, and we do not guarantee any particular cosmetic result.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Maison de Mansour, Ghaith Mansour, and our affiliates, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to the Site, our products, or these Terms, even if we have been told such damages are possible.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Site, our products, or these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us for the order that gave rise to the claim.
These limits do not apply to liability that the law does not allow us to limit or exclude, such as liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence. Some places do not allow certain exclusions or limits, so some of the above may not apply to you.
Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Maison de Mansour, Ghaith Mansour, and our affiliates, contractors, and service providers from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or of anyone else’s rights.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of To confirm: governing state and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
If you have a concern, please contact us first. Most issues can be settled quickly and informally, and we will make a good-faith effort to do so. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be decided by the state or federal courts located in To confirm: county and state for disputes, and you and we consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. Either of us may instead bring an eligible claim in small claims court.
Nothing in this section limits any right you have under the consumer protection laws of the place where you live that cannot be waived by agreement.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes to our products, our practices, or the law. When we do, we will post the updated Terms on this page and change the “Last updated” date at the top. If a change is material, we will also give reasonable notice before it takes effect, such as a notice on the Site or, if you have an account or an open order with us, an email.
The version of these Terms in effect when you place an order applies to that order. By continuing to use the Site after updated Terms take effect, you accept them.
General terms
- Entire agreement. These Terms and the policies they reference are the entire agreement between you and us about the Site and your purchases, and they replace any earlier understandings.
- Severability. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
- No waiver. If we do not enforce a provision right away, we have not given up our right to enforce it later.
- Assignment. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent. We may transfer ours, for example as part of a sale of our business.
- Events beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as carrier delays, severe weather, supply shortages, or outages of third-party services.
