Our 30-day return window
We offer 30-day returns on unopened products. If Beard & Scalp Oil is not for you, you can return it unopened within 30 days for a full refund of the price you paid for it. The 30 days begin on the day your order is delivered. The product must be unopened and unused.
Opened product
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used product. This does not apply to items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, which are covered below.
How to start a return
- Within 30 days of delivery, contact us through our contact form, by email at ghaithmansour@gmail.com, or by phone at (412) 720-6946. Include your order number and the name on the order.
- We will reply within one business day with return instructions and the address to send it to. To make sure your return is matched to your order, please contact us before sending anything back.
- Pack the product securely and send it with a trackable shipping service. To confirm: who pays return shipping for unopened returns.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and we confirm that it is unopened, we will refund the price of the product, and any sales tax charged on it, to your original payment method. To confirm: whether the original shipping charge is also refunded.
We will email you when your refund has been issued, To confirm: within how many business days of receiving your return. Your bank or card issuer may take a few more business days to show it on your statement.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us To confirm: within how many days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the product and its packaging. We will To confirm: remedy (for example, send a replacement or issue a full refund, at no cost to you).
Cancelling an order or pre-order
You can cancel a pre-order for a full refund any time before it ships. Contact us with your order number through our contact form or by email at ghaithmansour@gmail.com, and we will refund your order in full to your original payment method. To confirm: cancellation terms for orders placed once the product is in stock. Once an order has shipped, the return process above applies.
If we cannot ship your pre-order by the date we gave you, we will email you before that date with a revised date and give you the choice to cancel for a full refund.
Exchanges
Beard & Scalp Oil comes in a single size, so there is nothing to exchange it for. If an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, see above.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not seen your refund yet, check with your bank or card issuer first, because refunds can take a few days to post. If you still need help, contact us and we will look into it.
Your legal rights
This policy is in addition to any rights you have under consumer protection laws, and it does not limit rights that cannot be waived. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions.
